Euronda Aquafilter Pro Ion Exchanger

The Aquafilter Pro is the practical solution for producing larger quantities of demineralized water (DI water).

The system is designed to supply thermal disinfectors, such as the Eurosafe 60. It can be used either for the recommended final rinse with DI water or for the complete rinsing cycle. This prevents surface deposits and staining during cleaning and disinfection with particularly mineral-rich water.
Optionally, the Aquafilter Pro can also supply autoclaves or other devices with demineralized water.

A conductivity meter indicates the water quality. It can be positioned away from the Aquafilter, for example, above the work surface. This simplifies installation and allows for continuous visual monitoring. When the mixed-bed resins in the ion exchanger reach their capacity, they are regenerated in an environmentally friendly manner and then reused. We offer a simple regeneration service that includes collection, refilling, and return of a cartridge. The Aquafilter is available in the Pro 1500 and Pro 2800 models: The Pro 1500 fits comfortably in base cabinets and treats up to 1,500 liters of water. The Pro 2800 is 57 cm high and, with a demineralization capacity of up to 2,800 liters, is significantly more efficient. The Aquafilter Pro is easily connected to the water supply and appliance using the included standard 3/4-inch water hoses and is immediately ready for use. For even faster, tool-free replacement, you can add quick-release fasteners for the filter cartridge to the set. Included in the scope of delivery are: Two cartridges (one connected, one in reserve/regeneration) One conductivity meter including T-piece and wall bracket Two connection hoses 1.5 meters 3/4 inch Optional: 2 quick-release couplings (item no. 116104 + 116105) The German Society for Sterile Supply (DGSV) recommends demineralized water for machine cleaning and disinfection in the thermal disinfector.
